Application and applicable temperature of fluorine-lined ball valve
The inner cavity and sphere of the fluorine-lined ball valve are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) by high-pressure injection molding process, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. Fluorine-lined ball valves are widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors to realize the adjustment or cut-off of strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali in the production process, and have the most obvious effect in the control of water treatment process.
The fluorine-lined ball valve uses a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part, and the ball rotates with the valve stem around the center line of the valve body to realize the opening and closing of the valve. The special molding process is adopted to make the sealing surface dense and good, and the combination of V-type PTFE packing makes the valve achieve zero leakage; the ball and the valve stem are cast into one, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem punching out of the pressure-bearing parts due to pressure changes. Fundamentally guarantees the safety in use; adopts the all-plastic lining process, which is resistant to the strong corrosion of the medium.
